Below are the parts used on our standard carcasses. We can of
course use any preferred part in making them and the costs would be
adjusted accordingly. It is also worth noting that we can make
carcasses to none standard sizes and shapes. If you have any ideas on

All
carcasses are made from premium quality Egger melamine faced
chipboard. The gables, tops and bottoms are manufactured with 18mm mfc
and the backs are made from 8mm mfc, which is rebated into the gables,
tops, and bottoms. We do not just drill holes for the shelf supports
as we insert a sleeve and use heavy-duty pegs.
The standard drawer is a metabox drawer; these are finished with 18mm
bottoms and backs. The feet, which support the bases, are 150mm high
and adjustable. The hinges are a snap on hinge, the type and degree of
opening varies to suit carcasses. The wall units are suspended on a
fully adjustable cabinet hanger. To
